Ultimate Arctic Bucketlist: Dogsledding, Snowmobiling, & Reindeer Encounter

Spend a full day experiencing three Arctic activities around Tromsø: self-drive dogsledding, snowmobiling and reindeer feeding.

Dogsledding

Drive your own team of huskies through the snow. Two people share one sled, taking turns between driving and sitting as a passenger. The dogsledding part lasts about 1 hour. You will also have time to meet the huskies and puppies.

Snowmobiling

Try driving a snowmobile on a large open field. The activity is suitable for beginners, and you can drive at a speed you are comfortable with. Two people share one snowmobile and take turns driving, with about 1 hour of driving time.

Reindeer feeding

Visit a reindeer herd and feed the animals. You will also have time to take photos before enjoying a warm bidos meal in a lavvo.

• Departure: 08:00 from Kaigata 2B, 9008 Tromsø. Please arrive no later than 07:45.
• Duration: Approx. 8 hours. The order of activities may vary depending on availability and weather.
• Physical requirements: You must be in very good physical condition to participate.
• Snowmobile: All drivers must have a valid driving licence.
• Minimum age: 7 years.
• Vegetarian food: Available with advance notice.
• The tour may be cancelled due to bad weather for the safety of guests and animals.
